Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi WTP (Willingness To Pay) Pengguna Fly Over K.H. Noer Ali

Dengan adanya pembangunan Fly over K.H. Noer Ali oleh pihak Summarecon Bekasi, tentunya akan memberikan banyak pengaruh terhadap kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat Kota Bekasi secara keseluruhan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kesediaan apabila diminta membayar biaya jasa pemeliharaan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi responden nilai tersebut dengan menggunakan metode kontingen valuasi atau Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). Didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel jenis kelamin tidak memiliki WTP responden, tetapi keenam lainnya yaitu usia, pekerjaan, tingkat pendidikan terakhir, pendapatan per bulan, kendaraan, intensitas penggunaan obyek pengaruh. Adapun dalam rupiah bersedia dibayarkan didapatkan rata-ratanya sebesar Rp3677,88 kemudian dibulatkan menjadi Rp4000.
